The magical white night<\/strong> is consolidated as the event of the summer in Moraira<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Can you imagine the purity of white combined with the most exclusive environment of Moraira? That was the result of the summer event<\/strong> at our hotel in Moraira.<\/span><\/p>\n

The #TheWhiteParty<\/strong> held on August 12<\/strong> can only be defined as a success<\/strong> in terms of attendance. And each and every one of our most special clients and friends did not miss the appointment. From 8 pm until the wee hours of the morning<\/strong> our jewel located on the Costa Blanca<\/strong> gathered almost a hundred people.<\/span><\/p>\n

Likewise, clients, hotel staff and guests from the cultural, social and business scene of the area wanted to experience this exclusive event, which included a menu with a menu of buffet<\/strong> and that was enlivened with the music of a DJ<\/strong> and the imposing voice of the soloist Daniela<\/strong> who evoked with her vocal cords to song legends such as Tina Turner, among others.<\/span><\/p>\n

As a result, the summer party in Moraira was lived under an idyllic atmosphere<\/strong> at SERAWA<\/span><\/strong><\/a> Moraira.<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition, the buffet menu of the evening shone with its own light thanks to a gastronomic offer<\/strong> that included delicacies that combined the Km 0 product<\/strong> with a select selection of the best wines of the region<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

That is why, some of the dishes that were tasted are: tomato granita with scallop and diced coca de Teulada, tuna tartar with infusion of mojama and pericana, ceviche of our Mediterranean Sea, grilled monkfish with juice with chopped almonds or grilled Iberian prey with rosemary and prawns.<\/span><\/p>\n
